Here are some spooky and ghost like nail art designs that you could use for your toes.  The scary ghosts that Kari Elizabeth did on the big toes are  pretty cool, they look quite alike.  The green color in the background is  not bad, a lot of people normally use a black background, but the light green turn out to be pretty cool.  I dig it.
